We guarantee our shutters to be free of defects from material
workmanship for life to the original purchaser. If problems occur,
USA Shutters will repair or replace the defective parts, finishes or
panels, free of any charges.
Items specifically covered:
* Staples between louvers and tilt rod will not pull out.
* Frame joints between rails and stiles will remain firm.
* Louver tension will allow louvers to remain set at any angle.
* Paint will not 'bleed' from internal pitch or crack.
* Paint will not peel or crack as a result of our painting process.
Damage inflicted from misuse, abuse, or accident is not covered.
